I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Metropolis and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We rented one of the King suites with a jetted tub, which we absolutely loved! I enjoyed the free breakfast, my husband wasn't always a fan of it, but he's a pickier eater than myself. We loved the location to everything, just a 5 minute drive or less to most of the places we went to see. Loved the comfortable beds so much! The place had an indoor pool and hot tub also.

Beds were very comfortable and very clean rooms. Pool was nice for the kids and Hot tub was great for us adults. Staff checked on us at the pool and brought us more towels as they were out.
